She oversees the firm's daily operations, billing and workflow systems, client service processes, team coordination, and internal performance standards, helping ensure that matters move forward with structure, efficiency, and care. Known for her professionalism, leadership, and strong legal foundation, Mary brings both executive oversight and practical legal experience to the firm's day-to-day success.
Her day-to-day work includes overseeing firm operations, monitoring workflow, supporting billing systems and financial processes, coordinating teams, strengthening internal procedures, and helping ensure that clients receive responsive, professional, and well-managed service.
